My Argos design, featuring a lab Alexandrite in Dragonscale cut. Alexandrite looks different under different lighting conditions and can undergo insane color changes. Sometimes the stone looks green-blue/teal, while other times it's a rich azure or a ritual purple. Under UV light, it's bright red! One of my favorite stones.

My recent ring "Dark Matter" has a write-up on my blog, for anyone interested. I wanted to do a freeform carved zircuti ring, and I managed with my lathe, a pedestal grinder, and a dremel tool. I was really inspired by .maruyama and his works, which I really admire. I wished to combine the organic form of the carving with the geometric regularity of the layers in the forge-welded material, as he does. It was difficult to carve something that both looked the way I wanted while also remaining comfortable to wear.
