Hattie Mae is named in honor of my darling grandmother whom was adored by all who knew her. Hattie Mae Keeney-Smith was born in West Virginia on May 24, 1909. She was raised a proper young lady. She never drank or swore and loved to eat and shop. Hattie played the piano and ha....the ukelele. At over 70 years of age she learned to drive a car for the first time. We were all blessed with 85 years of delight! Hattie passed away peacefully in her sleep January 3, 1995.
