Works from this past week until today:
1. A gluten-free Key Lime Pleasure pie for one of my frequent Clients for his bday;
2. A Key Lime Pleasure cake with light green whipped cream for a lovely mother’s birthday;
3. And the videos and pictures I posted yesterday of the royal icing were for these: 3 dozen decorated sugar cookies for a bridal shower that was held today. This was a rush order (which I usually don’t take) but wanted to do them. I was a bit rusty on making these as it took 9 HOURS to complete. Decorating cookies is not for the weak; but thank you God for your help and past classes I took to remember how and what consistencies of the icing to use to get them to come out the way that they should. Thank you God- now please carry me through this week!
I’m trying to get the Thanksgiving menu out to you all this week! Sorry I’ve been just so busy lately…🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️

The finished result from yesterday: a Strawberry🍓Succulence cake with American Vanilla Buttercream frosting, decorated with edible candied pearls, wafer sails, edible gold paint, and non-edible butterflies and flowers for one of my repeat Client’s birthday. Works done this past week:
1. A Sugar-Free Butter Lovers cake, with sugar-free strawberry filling, covered and decorated in red sugar-free strawberry frosting for my repeat Client’s wife’s birthday;♥️🍓
2. A small Chocolate Silk cake with whipped cream soccer-themed cake (with a large #5 balloon) for a little boy’s birthday from his dad that lives in Cali;⚽️
3. A caramel cake filled with homemade vanilla pudding and chopped bananas, covered and decorated with vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream frosting with a NICE Porche G3 RS car on it for a man’s birthday. I loved the design and flavors my Client gave me and we fulfilled it!;🚙
4. A corporate order from a lady in New York that wanted me to send a written card, Peach Pleasers cupcakes, Red Royalty cupcakes, Lisa’s Snicks and our double Chocolate Chip cookies to a team at the Gwinnett County schools main office🍪🧁😍;
5. A semi-barrel Red Royalty cake with buttercream frosting covered in white to blue ombre waves for little Noah’s 2nd birthday (I did his parent’s wedding cake 2 yrs. ago so that was an honor to do)🛳️;
6. And a 24-Carrot cake with mock cream cheese frosting covered in purple fondant, and fondant makeup pieces and edible silver beads for my Client’s daughter’s birthday today💄. So thankful to finally be resting. Thank you God for getting all of these accomplished!🙏🏽🛌
