I need to share something with you that I think about more than you know. 🦋

My friend Meagan made her mother-in-law a necklace with all of her grandchildren's fingerprints on it. She absolutely loved it. That part was expected.

What was not expected was a conversation Meagan shared with me a while later, after her mother-in-law had passed away.

In her final days, Meagan's MIL found a quiet, private moment with her. They had already talked about her wishes. The practical things. The hard things. But in that moment she looked at Meagan and asked her something that, when Meagan told me, made my eyes fill with tears immediately.

You know that feeling when your phone randomly pulls up a photo of your babies from five years ago and you are just instantly, completely catapulted back in time? 🦋

All of a sudden you’re back there. The tiny hands. The baby voice. The way her face lit up when you’d go get her from her crib. And for one beautiful, heartbreaking second, all of those moments come flooding back in and you are so full of love and so full of missing her at that age at the exact same time.

I went up that mountain expecting to learn how to ski.
I did not expect my ski instructor, to remind me how to live.

Standing on a glacier in New Zealand, surrounded by mountains that seemed to touch eternity, my guide turned to me and said, “Doesn’t this just make you feel so insignificant?”

He was right.

But not in the way you might think.

In that moment, all the noise fell away. The self-doubt. The limiting beliefs. The worry about what others think. All of it just... melted into the ice beneath my feet.

I didn’t feel small. I felt grounded. Connected to something so much bigger than my silly little fears.

When my brother Amir left this world, he left me with a message I wear every single day: “Remember your destiny.”

This morning, my girl got up in front of her entire school to announce that today I turn 45.🥳

Before her big announcement, the teacher holding the microphone leaned down and whispered, “Are you allowed to say her real age?”

Lexi looked at her like: yeah. It’s no big deal.

And you know what? She’s absolutely right. It’s not a big deal…it’s a massive privilege.

I am so proud to turn 45. Proud of every year, every wrinkle, every gray hair I’ve earned. Because aging? That’s a gift that so many are robbed of.

I watched my Lexi stand there, beaming with pride for her mama, and I felt the weight of that privilege in my bones. I don’t take a single day of this beautiful life for granted.

So yeah, I’m 45. And I’m grateful beyond measure to be growing older with you.

We went to a beehive. Then I realized: we ARE the bee hive. 🐝

Last year was rough. Christmas Eve deliveries, sky-high cortisol, questioning everything. I knew something had to change.

This year’s promise: Build something amazing AND have fun doing it.

Insert the fun: So we did a local beehive tour. Suited up in full beekeeper gear, got up close with thousands of bees. And halfway through, it hit me:

Bees don’t randomly buzz around hoping things work out. They have roles. They communicate. They work in this beautifully choreographed dance where every bee knows their purpose and trusts the others.

That’s what we’ve built this year.

I finally have this amazing crew helping me build one of the most meaningful and unique (hello, fingerprints - no two are the same!) jewelry brands out there.

We’re not just coworkers. We’re a hive. Each person bringing their skills, working in sync, building something bigger than any of us could create alone.

When they're together, they feel complete 🦋

I met the sweetest mother-daughter duo last year and they chose to design the BFF Butterfly - one of my absolute favorite designs.

Here's how it works: It's a break-apart necklace. Two separate pieces that form one complete butterfly when you put them together.

The daughter has her mom's fingerprint on her top wing and her own on the bottom. The mom has her daughter's fingerprint on her top wing and her own on the bottom.

So, when they're apart, they're each carrying the other. And when they come together? Complete butterfly. Because together, they feel complete.
