Black women deserve makeup artists who understand our skin. 🤎✨

Not every brown girl needs the same foundation shade.
Not every deep complexion has the same undertone.
And your natural skin doesn’t need to be erased to create a flawless beat.

Your melanin isn’t a problem to solve — it’s part of the beauty we’re enhancing. 💋

As a Black woman + makeup artist, this is something I take seriously. I want you leaving my chair feeling BEAUTIFUL, not like you’re wearing somebody else’s face. 🤎

Now let’s talk 👀👇🏾
What’s ONE thing you refuse to compromise on when getting your makeup done?

And Baltimore/DMV ladies… your glam appointment is waiting. 💄✨

The funniest part is… I actually did quit my job. 😂

Unfortunately, nobody handed me the $1 million. 😭

Entrepreneurship is HARD, but so is building something that belongs to you. So here I am… figuring it out, trusting God, creating, serving my clients, and looking cute while I do it. ❤️💋

Hi, I’m Aliyah Moneá— Christian Makeup Artist & the woman behind A.M. Adornments, serving Baltimore + the DMV.

If you’re looking for soft glam, full glam, mature-skin makeup, or a makeup artist who will make you feel like THAT girl… I’d love to glam you. ✨

And since we’re already here… book the appointment. 💋

I didn’t have a pen and paper… just straight vibes. She said she wanted to give “Grown & Sexy” & it did!

Do you like to go to your makeup appointment with an inspiration picture or do you let your makeup artist flow? Maybe even show her your outfit?

Let’s settle the Soft Glam vs. Full Glam debate. 🤍

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:

“I want a soft glam because I don’t want to look cakey.”

Truth is… that’s not what full glam means.

✨ Soft Glam is lighter, more minimal, and perfect for everyday events, brunch, family photos, or when you want to look effortlessly polished.

✨ My Adornment Diva (Full Glam) is simply more defined. Think:
• fuller eye makeup
• more sculpting and dimension
• bolder lashes (optional)
• extra detail and artistry

But here’s the difference when you sit in my chair…

My full glams are full in artistry—not heavy in texture. Your skin should still look like skin. You’ll still recognize yourself—just elevated, polished, and camera-ready.

Whether you choose a Soft Glam or an Adornment Diva Glam, my goal is always the same:
🤍 Enhance your natural beauty.
🤍 Match your features.
🤍 Keep your makeup looking seamless—not “painted on.”

Which girl are you?

BALD HEAD BADDIES, PIXIE GIRLS & MATURE GLAM GIRIESSSS… this one is for YOU 😍✨

Soft glam does NOT have to be boring, heavy or cakey. A flawless beat can still look soft, feminine, elevated and skin-like 🤍

One thing about me? I LOVE glamming mature skin, melanin skin, bald beauties, short cuts, pixies and women who still want to feel beautiful without looking overdone.

And yes… soft glam photographs BEAUTIFULLY for birthdays, graduations, brunches, weddings, photoshoots and everyday luxury 💋
