Meet one of our Watch Technicians, Riley!

Riley gained an interest in watchmaking while working in a local jewelry store. He started by changing batteries and has since learned the assembly process while also assisting with warranty repairs.

A fun fact about Riley is that his favorite genre of music is classic country! 🎶

Meet Jane, the Executive Assistant for the CEO and Founder Alan Tsao!

Jane’s role is both a mix of operations and project management. She supports Alan directly but also serves as a central communication hub for BWC. She is constantly connecting leadership, staff, vendors, and customers to ensure everyone is aligned and informed. Whether she is coordinating schedules, supporting product launches, or assisting with marketing and hiring, her role is really about creating clarity and momentum. She is often the go-to person when staff have questions, ideas, or need approvals. Jane plays a big role in making sure communication flows smoothly, and nothing falls through the cracks.

A fun fact about Jane is that she has a pet frog named Gnocchi!
