Share the beauty of the beach Living on the shores of Long Island NY in the beach front town of Bayport, I have always found love and inspiration in the beach.

That love and the constant hunt for the perfect pieces of Great South Bay beach glass is what sparked me to do something much greater than I ever imagined. I am constantly trying to create new beautiful jewelry at affordable prices to bring the love from my hometown to yours. There is something magical that exists when you have the blessing of the beach as your own backyard and I want everyone to have a piece to carry with them

Somehow, it's been over 3 months since my last post, a fact I am not necessarily proud of. But if we're honest, 2017 was a wild ride for me. Between a new career path, lots of lessons on loss, love, & friendship, and too many life changes; this little business took a back burner. In taking this past year to love myself more and live my best life, it wasn't always this little home I created that took priority.

Never the less, 2017 came to a close with a new mindset (& a tattoo to match) and I was able to look back on all the hard work, beautiful orders, laughter shared with loved ones, and even the heartache with a smile because it brought me right here.

It's four days into 2018, it's a snow day and I am so incredibly excited for what is around the corner; for both me, and this business, and every single person that stood by me those 365 days. Love you all 💕💕

It's been a while since I just sat down to create. To work on something just because; without deadlines, without critic. Just me, myself, and I doing the one thing I love most. My 'me time' project was this awesome yoga mat bag for my sissy to take away to school, it might not be perfect but it's still super cute

A Long Island Summer is a beautiful thing. This whirlwind season that never seems to have enough days is always a crazy thing over here for the family. And this one is no different. It's been back to back birthdays, weekend getaways, endless nights with old & new friends, and more than my fair share of heartache. And although I didn't start my favorite season the way I love to, I decided that amidst all the work, changes, & challenges, it was finally time to live my life for me. I closed out my 25th year with a bang, surrounded by the people who love me most, filling my days with new adventures, and taking time to enjoy this new journey I have found myself on. This is only the beginning; I know there will be bumps along the way, but so far, 26 feels beautiful 💕💕

In true Courtney fashion, it's slightly off center and the B turned into an 8 but I love it all the same. I will probably never have the talent of but it felt so wonderful to sit down and work on a project for myself. Life has been a funny thing lately with lots of changes. I will admit, change is not something I accept easily, it sends my anxiety into a tizzy. So these past few weeks I've been trying (the very operative word here) to bring things into my world that make me happy. Which is how I found myself at hobby lobby yesterday spending way too much money on tools I had no business using. But today I'm the proud wearer of a very wonky little cuff, and I have to tell you, it feels great!

Since starting my crochet journey I always go back to a jellyfish pattern I purchased way back when. And to this day, it still confuses the hell out of me. So with a lots of patience and pretty yarn, I created my own! They're not perfect but I'm totally in love 🐚🐚🐚
