Went into the last weekend expecting to
make it to all 3 of my events and after
loading/unloading, my body had other plans.

I made it to one with my friends at
Fredonia Brewery and soaked up every second!

The studio is closed this week and
its all about supporting the wonderful
businesses hosting me.

📍Today, Wednesday I’m at The Beautique Med Spa
in Nederland from 2-6pm, if you haven’t made
it to the studio due to stairs, this wonderful
business is easy to access.

📍Friday I’m back with my friends at
The Water Tree & Health Lab
in Orange from 10am-2pm

and Saturday after Buddy Walk I’m
back at my studio for a private event.

Normal studio hours next week!

I don’t take not making commitments
lightly. Disappointment is one part of
chronic illness that’s not gotten
easier to adapt to. Along with the
muscle stuff I keep thinkin we’ve sorted.

I can advocate for hashimotos, menieres
and vestibular migraine but it doesn’t
help the world around me tolerate it.

At the end of the day I’m just a mom
tryin to do some good with shiny things ✨

At The Art Studio, Justin Bossier’s “The Dust & The Damned” turns grief, folk music and street-art energy into working-class scenes of life and loss.
