First, I want to thank everyone who came out to our Friday the 13th event and trusted me with your sparkle. 💎 Since the event, a few clients have reached out about gems coming off sooner than expected. After reviewing everything, we’ve come to the conclusion that one of the products used that day may not have been adhering properly.
I have already contacted the company we purchase from to resolve the issue and to acquire replacement product. As soon as the new supplies arrive, I will be reaching out to anyone affected so we can reapply your tooth gems properly.
I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. The Glimmer Bar stands behind every service we provide, and I will always do everything I can to make things right for my clients. Your trust means everything to me, and I appreciate your patience while I get this corrected. ✨

If your tooth gem comes off within the first 30 days, the reapply is FREE.
Opals and solid gold pieces are excluded from free replacement due to limited one-of-a-kind inventory. These specialty pieces qualify for a 50% refund if lost within 30 days, as only one of each is typically kept in stock.
