🌏 It's , but mental health is something we should be talking about each and every day.

It's beyond time we break the stigma around mental health. Normalize checking in with ourselves and one another, and making room for honest conversations. You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to reach out for support.

💜 Help is available, and many resources are free and 24/7.

If a therapist or counselor doesn’t feel like the right fit, it’s okay to try someone else. You deserve to feel comfortable, supported, and heard. Finding your person may take time, but you’re worth that effort.

Love always, with optimism ☀️

EOG has been a collaborative partner of CEA since 2024, but Julie has been working with CEA since 2022 through the University of Maryland Extension - Marylanders Online digital literacy project. EOG & CEA have worked together on the Healthy Hearts Learning Collaborative initiative of the Maryland Department of Health, The Metamorphosis Community Project, to now QuSTEAM.

If your organization is looking for a trusted, mission-driven consulting partner, we highly recommend working with Shawnta Jackson and the exceptional team at Cause Engagement Associates.
