Grinstein Jewelry & Design Richard Grinstein is a jeweler working from his workshop and storefront in Birmingham, Michigan. Inspired by Art Nouveau and Mid-Century Modern.

We are a retail and custom design jewelry studio located in Birmingham, Michigan. Our designs, by goldsmith Richard Grinstein, are created from platinum, gold, and sterling silver. We work with unusual colored gemstones and exceptionally beautiful diamonds. We are happy to make new settings for your old gemstones. Visit us for jewelry repair and pearl re-stringing.

We are excited to participate in Birmingham’s Art Walk tomorrow night with a selection of Mark Beltchenko's distinctive jewelry alongside a series of carved limestone and steel sculptures.

"As a sculptor and object maker, my work is born of the visual impact I find in juxtaposing the symmetry of man-made forms of function with asymmetry in the natural world. A great deal of my work is anchored in my training as a goldsmith; this is where I developed my true sensibilities of three dimensionality and my skills in carving and metal fabrication. I am devoted to my chosen mediums of metal and stone; they are rich with tradition, have unsurpassed versatility, and speak to the commitment and longevity of my work."

In addition to this special opportunity to meet the artist and learn more about his diverse body of artwork, we’ll have light refreshments and a small gift for attendees.
