I am forever grateful for every opportunity I get to share shamanic wisdom and experiences with my community.

Brian Louderbough over at Studio Sacred - Thanks for inviting me into the dome to open up sacred space and kick off the weekend of offerings.

My favorite part was all the interaction I had with people young and old who wanted me to clear them with palo santo. So grateful to connect with many beautiful souls.

Make sure you pop in at Hyde Park Street Fair! The schedule is attached in the photos in the post below.

If you have an event coming up and would like to chat about how I can facilitate ceremony or a shamanic journey, send me a message. I’d love to chat.

I also offer one on one shamanic energy sessions and group classes.

My daughter recently asked me, “How do you get rid of depression or sad feelings?”

I told her something I’ve learned about myself: I need tangible outlets for what I carry inside me.

And I’ve been noticing lately that my anxiety gets louder when I’m consuming more than I’m creating.

Too much scrolling. Too much information. Too much taking in.

But when I sit down and make something with my hands..even something as simple as stringing beads..I feel myself come back into my body.

Creation gives all that energy somewhere to go.

I think we’re meant to create things. To move things through us. To turn what we feel into something tangible.

We don’t always have to make something beautiful.

Sometimes we just need to make something.

And for me, that is often where the heaviness starts to move. ✨
I am one with my creator when I am creating.

Sunday I led a closing fire ceremony for the Hidden Gemini Gathering up at Trinity Hot Springs in Paradise. It was the largest fire ceremony I have had the honor of facilitating. The energy that participants brought was incredible and very inspiring.

I shared a little about myself, shamanism, and how participants can begin to build a relationship with the spirit of fire. 🔥 We gathered together last night and released hucha (density) into the fire to allow it to be transformed into Sami (lightness) and sent up to Spirit.

The experience was very moving. I am so grateful for the opportunity to share my medicine and wisdom with my community. I’m fully leaning into the East right now as I embody more of my medicine and walk with it into the world.

May my very existence be a catalyst of remembrance for others to understand their own soul’s journey. 🙏

Thank you to Dana and Geo Handy for having me close the gathering with ceremony. I appreciate you! Thanks to everyone who showed up to ceremony with open hearts and minds. Big thanks to the many hands of people who set up, took down, and kept the event running smoothly.

Ask me about individual shamanic energy sessions, group classes, or leading ceremony for your event. I am now booking for summer and fall.
