Super excited about June’s First Friday! In partnership with our friends at , we’re building a real shindig at the top of the hill!

I’ll be doing Intuitive Crystal Readings in shop all night. Not to brag, but I have a weird talent for telling strangers things about themselves I have no business knowing 🤫😉🤯

is bringing their Doggie Kissing Booth (and a big dose of PRIDE🏳️‍🌈) to raise funds for Gremlin’s Grub Hub, which connects pet owners in need of support with food for their furry friends.

Humbled is the only word I can find to describe the feeling of discovering I made it through the first cut. The past 10 days have shown me that I am surrounded by so much love and support, and that the people in my life genuinely believe that I have a message worth amplifying.

This week’s writing prompt for asked us to reflect on what the Children’s Miracle Network mission means to me. For me, it means that no family will have to fight alone to get help for their child. Pediatric illness is such an all-encompassing and isolating experience, and no family should ever feel left adrift, or face financial insolvency to help their child. The Children’s Miracle Network is there for families is their most vulnerable moments, and I am humbled to be able to help raise funds for them. I have two daughters of my own, and I know firsthand what it is like to go up against the medical system to get your kid the care they need. It is exhausting, even when all the players are on the same page. Insurance companies pretend they know what’s best for your family, for your child. Billing departments hope you’ll give in and simply pay. The driving, the waiting, the time spent in the middle of the day trying to problem solve insurance, or find providers, schedule appointments around school and life to minimize disruptions. It can feel impossible. But we do it anyway, because our children are our hearts. A mother always fights for their children.

So I don’t usually do contests or events the specifically highlight women, because my relationship with my gender often leaves me feeling uncomfortable wearing the label, but this contest is about the role of motherhood, which I embrace as being compatible with my identity as a non-binary person. Super Mom has given me a chance to reflect and celebrate all the way I have embraced myself, the ways I go above and beyond daily, and express pride for the person I am. Please consider voting for me- the prize money would go a long way towards helping us buy a larger home so my girls (and the adults!) can have a little more breathing room 😮‍💨 And if you have the ability to donate, this contest doubles as a fundraiser for ! I have two wolves battling inside me. Both have AuDHD. Both love shiny things and are also crows. You win because there’s soon to be a release of some really awesome new jewelry. I win because, well, working artist.

Adventures in Rhode Island, Day 1!

Enjoyed time with and the kids today- it was wonderful to have the opportunity to so closely observe the animals ❤️
