La friends save the dates Saturday July 25th at 2 pm and 6:30 pm with potluck picnic afterwards (arrive early for parking and to walk towards the waters edge) and Sunday July 26th at 2 pm followed by a Cast party where donors over $36 are welcome to join walking distance away. Details soon.
Where: to the right of Lifeguard tower 20 as you face the Ocean by water’s edge. Parking by Bicknell and Ocean Ave in Santa Monica. This project was made possible in part with funding by the City of Santa Monica. This is a short dance and object manipulation piece Whale Song featuring new company member Caiyel Thomas. Whale Song is part of a year project that will culminate into a full length indoor theatre dance , juggling and puppet piece that tells the true story of Humphrey the Humback Whale that got lost up the Sacramento River. His story of losing his way and how a community came together to bring him home and all who have ever felt lost in their direction in life and needed to find their true place of belonging and home.
