Happy October! I have three events on the books this month… it’s going to be a fun and busy month! I’m so excited to see my Burnsville friends this Saturday at the Burnsville Town Center for the Harvest Market! Christy Edwards has been working hard to organize this market and I can’t wait to be there. I’ll have some new items as well as “the classics.” I’m also offering a market special for THIS market that includes my ENTIRE inventory to help holiday shoppers get something extra special for their loved ones from TKM. I don’t often offer discounts on my items that take more work and include “top shelf” materials, so this is an opportunity to take advantage of 😉 I can’t wait to see y’all Saturday!

It’s been a wonderful (and exciting 😆) start to the 2026 Fall market season. I wanted to take a minute and share how grateful I am for every person who has supported my small business this year. If you have taken the time to shop with me at a festival/market or purchased my work from The Quill and Honey Wholly Goat Soaps LLC or etc. Consignment Shoppe Boutique Unique. Local. Gifts. I hope you know it means the world to my family and I. Thank you for supporting my dream and giving me the chance to continue making a living by sharing my art. I also want to say thank you to the event coordinators who pour countless hours into planning the wonderful festivals/markets I’ve grown to love as well as the encouraging communities of makers and small business. Thank you to the amazing shop owners who share their space and their dream with me. I’m grateful for each of you! ❤️

I may have reached a record… 707 pieces of recycled paper in 2 1/2 days 😆 It’s quite the labor of love and a discipline I’ve practiced since the beginning of this adventure. Gearing up for The Mount Mitchell Arts and Crafts Fair in beautiful Burnsville, NC. The dates for that event are August 7-8, 9am-5pm. I’m bringing new styles as well as some updated classics. Mark your calendars and support your local WNC artists. As always, pop in to The Knotted Moss canopy for some original, handmade jewelry, recycled paper goods, and a moderately good time 😆
