Throughout the class, learn the fundamental principles of charcuterie board assembly, including balancing flavors, textures, and aesthetics to create visually stunning and delicious arrangements. From pairing fine, savory cheeses and cured meats to incorporating seasonal fruits, nuts, preserves, and raw local honey from Local Finds very own My Honey’s Honey. Learn how to perfect salami roses and create a pumpkin cheese centerpiece to further elevate your board! Discover the secrets to crafting charcuterie boards that impress both the eyes and the palate. Join us for a memorable evening as we celebrate the flavors of Fall and master the art of charcuterie board creation! Seasonal Wine Pairing will also be served.
