I photograph flowers through a macro lens because it reminds me how much beauty exists in the details we often overlook. Up close, even the smallest petals reveal intricate design, delicate textures, and quiet elegance that can’t always be seen at first glance. It’s a reminder that things do not have to be loud to be extraordinary. I believe people are often the same way. Some are overlooked or underestimated, yet carry incredible depth, beauty, and purpose within them. Sometimes all we need is a closer look to truly see their value. My photographing creation teaches me that the Creator wants us to see hidden beauty in small things. I like that!

I photograph small things—flowers, fragile details, quiet moments—because they remind me of something we often forget: the most meaningful things in life are usually overlooked. Beauty does not always announce itself; sometimes it whispers and waits for someone willing to slow down and notice. I’ve learned that when I stop and look closely, creation reveals layers of design, purpose, and care that cannot be seen at a glance. And every time I do, I’m reminded that if so much thought exists in the smallest things, perhaps we were never meant to believe that anything—or anyone—is insignificant.

I capture creation as art, because keeping a smile on your face at times can feel heavy.

Slowing down and paying attention, nature quietly teaches me that while negative noise is loud, creation is screaming that I am loved, needed, wanted, and belong.

My artwork is my way of collecting those reminders and passing them on.

I create for people who sometimes feel small, overlooked, or emotionally worn down. Or even for those who think we don’t need ā€œlittle onesā€ - socially, emotionally, physically, mentally.

If creation can help me keep swinging through life’s challenges, maybe it can help you too.

Sometimes healing begins by simply noticing what creation has been saying all along.

ā€œBrokenā€, is the new beautiful. While society may not always embrace those who are broken, butterflies teach us different. I photographed one that was broken and fully functioning and enjoying it’s life. The wooden Mandala replica is what you see here. It became such a symbol of endurance and divine strength, in my life, that I wanted spread her message with you. ā˜ŗļø The title of this piece is BROKEN BUTTERFLY.

Photos of nature feel like a big hug on a bad day. The more I look at them, the more I feel loved and valued. There’s a story behind every petal, every mountain snowcap, and feather of each bird. There is intention everywhere. And if intention exists all around us… it exists within us too. I enjoy showcasing that intent.

So much beauty hidden in a little package. Could this dandelion in creation have a description that sounds like you as well? See the beauty in tiny things.

You are precious, too! ā¤ļøCreation proves it in every detail if you’re willing to slow down and see it…

Everything I photograph keeps teaching me the same quiet truth.

Nothing in creation is careless.
Not the smallest pattern.
Not the softest petal.

Not even the moments we overlook.

There is intention everywhere.

And if intention exists all around us… it exists within us too.

So when life feels overwhelming, and your thoughts get heavy—look again.
Creation is not silent.

It’s reminding you that your life still has meaning… even now.

There is a kind of beauty that most people never see—not because it is hidden, but because it is overlooked.
This small rhododendron bloom could have easily been passed by without a second thought. There were so many of them. Nothing about its presence demanded attention. And yet, I’m in the habit of stopping … looking closely… something always shifts.
From one angle, it was beautiful. From another, even more so. Each perspective revealed something new—layers of color, design, and intention that could not be appreciated at a glance.
And it made me think about how much in life is like this.
Nothing grows without a beginning. A seed is placed—by the wind, by a bird, or by a deliberate hand. But placement alone is not enough. It must be watered. It must receive light. It must be sustained long enough to become what it was meant to be.
The same is true for the deeper things in life.
If the thought has never been planted that there is One behind all of this… how could it ever grow? And if it never grows, how could a relationship ever form?
Creation speaks. Constantly. Quietly. Generously.
But understanding its voice takes time, attention, and willingness.
The beauty, the hope, the provision—it’s all here, freely given. No one owns it, yet everyone benefits from it.
And maybe, just maybe… it’s inviting us to slow down long enough to truly see—and in seeing, begin to understand.
