With the weather warming up and in general being unpredictable (rain one weekend almost 90 degrees the next!) we have to pivot sometimes.
Over the many years weโve been in business one thing we learned early on is that we needed a back up plan in case things got too warm.
Cheese and charcuterie are good at room temperature but obviously shouldnโt be hanging around outside in high temperatures.
We have included a weather clause in our contract agreements so that we can make a last minute decision to make sure of food safety.
Grazing tables require time for setup so we work with our clients to make sure that the presentation doesnโt suffer.
Weโve also hone the individual box or boat or bowl option as those can be refrigerated up until they are set out for the guest of the event.
But one of the things that we also offer is to make the grazing table on boards that we can transport and keep on ice and refrigerated until right before it needs to be served, thereby ensuring everything is nice and cold, and also retaining the look of a grazing table!
