We had a very nice day at FandomFest 2026 yesterday in Georgetown, SC!

One of my favorite parts of bringing Sylvan Baubles to events is getting to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces, and the opportunity to connect with others who share a love for all things creative, whimsical, storytelling! 💜

A huge thank you to the Friends of Southern Georgetown Community Library for all the hard work, time, and heart that went into putting together this event for the community. Events like these don't happen without kind people working behind the scenes, and your efforts are truly appreciated!

And of course, thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, shared a conversation, admired the baubles, or took a little handmade magic home with them. Every visit is truly appreciated! 🦋
Until our next adventure🍄✨

🤩 I am so excited to be going back to Georgetown Library next month for this event. Last year was so much fun! Friends of Southern Georgetown Community Library hosted a great time for everyone 🤩

I made myself a dragon necklace...and now I may have created a problem. 🐉🌹

I wanted something pretty to wear to a very special event I am attending so
I made this dragon and rose earring and necklace set. I was considering making a dragon cuff bracelet to go with, but decided not to in the end. I might revisit that idea tho. 🤔... I let myself go a little extra with it: deep black, rich crimson roses, embedded silver details, tiny crystal accents, and a whole lot of hand-sculpted detail. This set has specific design elements made to my personal tastes.

But now I’m legitimately curious...
Would you like to see pieces like this added to the Sylvan Baubles shop?

And if I made more, what color combination would you want to see?

❤️ Black + Crimson
💜 Black + Purple
💚 Black + Emerald
💙 Black + Sapphire Blue
🤍 Silver + White
💛Gold + Black
✨ Something completely different

Comment your favorite color combo below. Your answers may very well decide what I make next. 👀

A few of the pieces I said goodbye to last Saturday at Power Comicon… 🥹✨

There’s always a tiny bittersweet moment when one of my handmade pieces leaves the display, especially the ones I’ve spent hours painting and fussing over like the ones shown here. But knowing they’re heading home with someone who connected with them makes it completely worth it. 💜

These are a few of my favorites that found new homes at Power Comicon, and I’m so grateful to everyone who stopped by, chatted with me, adopted a piece, or just admired all the shinies!

And because so many of my pieces are one of a kind or made in very small batches, when they are gone...they are really gone.

Now to work on more special designs for Mythical and Medieval in November... So exciting!

🔥📚 For the readers who like their stories with a little extra spice… these are for you. 😏

Yes, they say S**T.
Yes, they sparkle.
Yes, I fully understand these are not for everyone. 😂

But for the romantasy readers who proudly know exactly what aisle they’re wandering into, these earrings are ready to make a statement.

Handmade from polymer clay with a glossy black finish, shimmering purple lettering, tiny glittery details, coordinating beads, and stainless steel heart-shaped hardware. 🖤💜

They’re bold, cheeky, sparkly, and absolutely unapologetic.

📚 Wear them to book club.
🔥 Wear them to a signing.
💜 Wear them while reading the chapter you definitely wouldn’t read aloud in public.
