The Release & Becoming Collective Ceremony wasn’t created from something I read in a book. It was created from pieces of my own healing journey.

Therapy. Reiki. Sister circles. Cleansing. Books. Sermons. Podcasts. Journaling.

But one practice changed the way I understood myself: reflection.

I stopped only asking, “What happened?” and started asking, “Why did I respond that way? What is this showing me about myself? What am I being asked to release? Who am I becoming?”

That daily practice eventually became my Becoming Journal—a reflective journal designed to help women become more aware of their thoughts, patterns, actions, choices, and growth.

And that same practice lives inside the Release & Becoming Collective Ceremony.

We make space to look inward. To acknowledge what we’ve been carrying. To release what no longer belongs in the next chapter. And to intentionally explore the woman who is already emerging.

I don’t facilitate this work from the outside looking in.

I’ve lived it. I still practice it. And I’m still becoming, too.

Because becoming isn’t a destination.

It’s a relationship you build with yourself. 🌻

Sometimes we’re so afraid of sitting alone with our thoughts, wounds, choices, and shadows that we keep reaching for people to fill spaces we haven’t learned to fill within ourselves.

But healing changes the way you love.

You stop trying to change people.
You stop projecting your experiences onto them.
You observe. You accept. You choose what deserves access to you.

And you realize that choosing yourself doesn’t require making someone else the villain. 🌿

Sometimes becoming requires releasing first.

Releasing the expectations.
The old identities.
The relationships.
The habits.
The beliefs about yourself that no longer fit the woman you’re becoming.

I originally created Release & Becoming as a private 1:1 ceremony, but I felt called to bring this work into a collective space too.

Because sometimes healing and becoming can feel lonely.

And there is something powerful about sitting in a room with other women and realizing:

I’m not the only one releasing.
I’m not the only one changing.
I’m not the only one becoming.

On September 26th, I’m creating an intimate space for women to reflect, release, reconnect, and intentionally step into what’s next.

What if the shift isn’t asking for more…but becoming ready to recognize what you’ve already asked for? ✨

This weekend, I watched a woman choose Anchored in Abundance with the intention of opening herself to more financial opportunities.

Hours later, she came back to me almost in tears because an unexpected opportunity had presented itself.

Did the waist beads magically create it? No.

But that’s not what intentional adornment means to me.

She chose an intention.
She adorned herself with a physical reminder of it.
And she stepped back into the world open to recognizing what aligned with it.

Desire → Intention → Adornment → Embodiment → Awareness → Action.

It reminds me of prayer.

There comes a point when you’ve asked God for what you desire, and instead of continuing to move as though you haven’t been heard, you begin preparing yourself to receive, recognize, and steward what comes.

That’s embodiment.

You’re not pretending you already have everything you desire.

You’re choosing not to live from the identity of the woman who is always waiting.

I AM ALREADY HER.
Not a future destination. An identity I embody now.

Okay… I think the bracelets have officially become a thing. 😂

What started as me creating a bracelet here and there has quietly turned into a little collection of its own.

And I’m not mad at it. 🤭

Each one still feels very KISH—natural stones, beautiful details, pyrite (because obviously 😂), and pieces that feel just as intentional as they are beautiful.

So I finally gave them their own home on the website.

Sometimes you just need somewhere to sit, exhale, and say, “Girl… let me tell you what happened.” 😂🤎

That’s one of my favorite parts of a Sacred Adornment Session.

Yes, you’re coming to choose your waist beads and have them intentionally tied around your body—but somewhere between choosing your strand and tying that final knot, we usually end up talking about life.

The kids.
The relationship.
The job.
The business.
The stress.
The growth.
The thing you’re finally ready to let go of.

And sometimes, we laugh until the thing that felt so heavy doesn’t feel quite as heavy anymore.

I’ve realized that what I’ve created isn’t just a place for women to be adorned.

It’s a place where you can take off some of the hats you wear every day and simply be a woman for a moment.

No performing.
No having all the answers.
No being everything to everybody.
