I’ve been a little quiet here the last few days. 🤍

My family experienced an unexpected and incredibly difficult loss this week, and right now my time and energy are where they need to be — with my family and taking things one moment at a time.

Always Connected Jewelry isn’t going anywhere. Creating has always been a place I come back to, especially during the hard parts of life, so I’m sure you’ll see me making things again when I’m ready.

For now, things may just be a little quieter around here. 🤍

Maybe sometimes you have to slow it down to realize just how good the ordinary moments are. 🤍

Right now, this is just one of their favorite games — run as fast as you can toward Mom and basically tackle her. 😂

Someday they’ll be too big for it. Someday I won’t hear little feet coming full-speed toward me asking, “Again!”

But today I do.

So I think I’ll stay right here and let them run to me as many times as they want. 🥹🤍

The little moments really are the big ones.

My toxic trait? Thinking “I can update that” every time I go thrifting. 😂

In my defense… sometimes I’m right. 👀✨

This little heart started as a thrifted candleholder and slowly turned into something completely different — a little paint, chain, charms, crystals, preserved flowers, and one creative rabbit hole later… she’s finally finished. 🤎✨

And the fun part? The hanging details are designed to be changed out with the seasons, birthstones, or whatever little combination fits the moment. 🌸💎🍂✨

Giving forgotten things a second life might be one of my favorite parts of creating. Sometimes you just have to look at something and wonder, “Okay… but what COULD this become?” 😂

Remembering it is Dolly Parton Day meant I needed to drop everything and make something! 😂🤠✨

It started with a guitar charm that reminded me of Dolly and absolutely no plan beyond that… so I just kept building. A naturally shed antler + a little country + butterflies, flowers, crystals and obviously ALL the sparkle. 💕🦋

I wasn’t quite sure where this one was going, but I think she came together pretty dang cute.

Not to brag or anything… but I’m kind of a big deal. 😌😂

Apparently my little creative corner of the internet has reached well over four people worldwide, and I’d just like to thank everyone who made this incredible achievement possible. 🥹🏆🤣

In all seriousness, I still think it’s pretty cool that I can sit in my craft space, make whatever idea has taken over my brain that day, post it on the internet… and actual humans choose to hang out here. 🤍✨

Maybe I needed this little piece of summer today. ☀️🌾🤍

It’s been cool, gray, and rainy lately, and finding this sunny field sitting in my drafts felt like opening a tiny window back into summer.

And maybe the words were a reminder I needed too.

Not every quiet moment needs to become something productive. Sometimes you can just stand there, feel the sun, let a little time pass, and exist for a minute. 🤍

Apparently Past Me saved a little sunshine for Future Me. 😂☀️

Sometimes the best part is just slowing down and making something. 🤍✨

One bead, one detail, one little adjustment at a time until the idea in my head starts becoming something I can actually hold.

There’s something about the quiet part of creating that never gets old—even if “quiet” still involves moving the same bead around 14 times before deciding where it belongs. 😂

And then you finally get to step back and see the whole thing come together. 🤍✨
