‼️Just a heads up if you use Shopify to process shipping labels for online sales ‼️

Shopify is using tracking numbers that have been recycled too soon, leading to incorrect labels being assigned to packages and not being updated in the system. We caught this on all of our packages set to ship today and see other platform users are also struggling with the same issue. If you used Shopify to create labels today, double check that your mailing addresses are correct in your tracking information so your packages don’t bounce around/get lost in the mail.

We voided out all of today’s labels and will update orders procesed with the correct tracking information! Thank you for your patience!!
