Little Liam's Prayer Bracelets

Today, Saturday, October 24, you will be able to find your favorite prayer bracelets at 2 vendor events. This is the first time that we have ever double booked before and this is a HUGE experiment for us as a small business. Liam will be running the booth by himself tomorrow at CabeLand Farm at 2060 Mountain Park Rd., State Road, NC. This will be the very first time EVER that he will run the booth on his own without me and a true test to see how he does on his own with his business and sales skills. Please come out and show him some love and support him! After taking out funds for ministry all of the funds that he earns tomorrow will be put towards his favorite jiu-jitsu classes. It is a bill that he wanted to have as his first monthly bill ever and he has been really doing a great job getting it paid every month and paying ahead of time. At the last Kids biz Expo he was able to earn enough to pay for 3 months of classes. He is hoping to be able to sell enough bracelets to pay for a few more months and continue to stay ahead of the monthly bill so that he can continue to enjoy learning self-defense. His dad will be with him for extra support, and to help other folks if Liam is occupied, if needed.

Tomorrow, I will be representing Little Liam's prayer bracelets at Koren Farms in Mocksville. I will be set up with my friend Jessikha with her business, Mary's Little Goat Soaps. If you are in or near the Mocksville area, be sure to come out to Koren Farms to stock up on more prayer jewelry and continue to support our little business.

We thank everybody who has supported us and encouraged us! And I want to thank everybody who has shown grace and love to Liam, especially during his autistic moments that ask for more grace.

As much as I am excited to go to Koren Farms tomorrow, I am really hoping that folks will show up and show out tomorrow to encourage Liam to make sales on his own without coaching or help from his Mama. He's nervous about tomorrow, but also feels ready and excited for this kind of grown up responsibility.

Tomorrow, October 20th, from 12pm-7pm Liam and I will be at this awesome, mid week event in Mooresville! For all of our friends out in that area, come grab a glass of bubbly and have some fun doing some early Christmas shopping at this free event. 🙂

This weekend, we will be at 2 events! You can find us at the end of Broad Street in front of The Local Collective NC tomorrow, Friday, October 2nd for the last Friday after 5 event. On Sunday, October 4th, you can find us at the JEB Stuart birthplace in Ararat for their living history, Civil War Reenactments. We are super excited to go to both events this weekend and we hope to see y'all there!

Here are some of Liam's newest creations that he has enjoyed working hard on this week! Sometimes I make some designs and Liam approves them, and other times we make them together, and then some designs are 100% his own creation without my input. What you see here in these pictures below show Liam's work that I have absolutely nothing to do with it except for tying the knots at the end. His designs have improved quite a bit, and I love what he came up with this week. You will be able to still see all of these in person this Friday, October 2nd, in Statesville for the Friday after Five event we will be at, and on Saturday, October 4th in Ararat, Virginia, at the JEB Stuart birthplace for the reenactment event that we will also be at.

Liam decided to order some new, AWESOME beads for you all! Of our newest picks, we got some super cool YOOPERLITE! We got it in 3 different shades. We got them in a glossy finish, a matte finish, and a darker glossy finish. They are different shades of gray with black flecks and some orange flecks in them. They're already really beautiful on their own, but what makes them special is that they glow a fiery orange color under a black light. They almost look like burning coals or as Liam says "like lava." It's almost impossible trying to get a picture of them under the blacklight and pictures just don't do them justice , and the pictures just don't show how very brightly the orange shows up under black light. We cannot wait to show these bracelets that we made tomorrow at Kennedy Farms. We didn't know if anybody else would like them so we only got a small amount of each new bead. We also ordered some Tiger's Eye in different colors and in a matte and glossy finish and some Tourmalated Quartz.
