Creative alchemy abounds in our studio in coastal Southern California, where Julez and our team of seasoned jewelers hand-forge each piece. Before NIKI becomes the piece you reach for every morning, she spends time in our Encinitas studio. We cast the gold in-house, hammer the surface by hand, work it to our signature satin finish, and hand-set a full-cut natural round diamond.

Every step asks something different of the jeweler. Together, they give this little gold bar her unmistakable character.

After NIKI is cast in our Encinitas studio, we hammer the surface by hand, building the texture across the gold. Each strike leaves an impression. The jeweler works with the piece, watching how the surface takes shape and how it catches the light.

No one makes rose gold like we do, because we make our own in-house. In our Encinitas studio, we refine Fairmined certified and recycled gold to pure 24k, then blend it with our proprietary alloys to create the rich, warm blush that makes Julez Bryant’s signature rose gold so recognizable.
Julez made rose gold and chocolate diamonds a defining part of her brand in 2003. That love affair has lasted more than twenty years, with a signature shade that flatters every skin tone and keeps rose gold lovers coming back.

You’ve seen our gold. Come see what goes into it.
Inside Julez’s vintage trailer, a road trip memory becomes a sketch. Her love of travel has always inspired her art and jewelry, so it feels fitting that this little nod to life on the road is where she sits down to design.
From there, the ideas move to our Encinitas studio, where we refine our own rose gold to that signature rich, warm pink, cast our designs in house as one solid piece, and finish each by hand. Organic contours, tactile surfaces, and substantial gold give those sketches a presence you can feel.
This is “rough yet refined.” The freedom in Julez’s designs, brought to life through careful, considered craftsmanship.
We built our gallery around the studio so you could get closer to the whole story—from the first drawing to the piece you try on.
