"Goat horn" ammonites (most commonly the Douvilleiceras species) are unique fossilized marine cephalopods from the Cretaceous Period. They get their name from the distinct, bumpy nodules and spiky ridges running along the outer curve of their shells, which look like the curling horns of a goat or ram.

We've been talking about it for a few weeks after being asked a bunch so here it is! We'll be hosting a workshop to build your own butterfly display. We will supply all the tools and materials you'll need,cloches (glass dome displays) , butterflies, other insects, moss, dried flowers, crystals, etc. You're also more than welcome to bring additional items to add if you wish!

When--> Sunday June 7th
Time--> 11am-2pm
