Moving forward, any viewed invoice that is not paid and is canceled will be subject to a $25 reinstatement fee.

I will no longer be accepting explanations in my DMs about illnesses, hospital visits, unexpected bills, or other situations that conveniently arise within the 12-hour invoice window. While I absolutely understand that life happens, these SAME reasons are repeatedly given ONLY AFTER invoices have been viewed, ignored, and canceled.

If you have time to view your invoice, you have time to pay it or communicate before it is canceled. Reaching out only after cancellation shows a lack of respect for the policies that everyone else follows.

I am asking everyone to be honorable and pay invoices on time without excuses. Effective immediately, a $25 reinstatement fee will apply to canceled invoices below a certain amount. Large canceled invoices may not be eligible for reinstatement and may result in an automatic cancellation and shopping ban.

I truly dislike having to make a post like this, but the situation has gotten out of hand.

We do our part on time every day. Please do yours.
