We’re excited to expand our cleaning services to Marion County and the Chattanooga area!
Our trusted team member, Robyn, is moving to the area and continuing with Grace & Grit bringing the same care and attention to detail we put into every home. 🤍
We’re now welcoming inquiries for weekly and biweekly cleaning, with weekday appointments available. Scheduling will depend on your location and our growing local route.

Grace & Grit is growing, and I'm specifically looking for someone to join our team caring for our Williamson County clients.
I'm looking for someone dependable, kind, hardworking and detail oriented. Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a small business where they're genuinely appreciated.
✨ Monday–Friday daytime hours
✨ $20–$25/hour
✨ W-2 position
✨ Paid training
✨ Supplies provided
✨ No nights or weekends
Experience is wonderful, but I'm much more interested in finding the right person. Reliable transportation is required.

I’m incredibly proud of the team we’re building at Grace & Grit. You can teach someone how we clean a home, but kindness, care, and taking genuine pride in your work come from the person, and Alyssa has all three.
Knowing our clients not only notice the work we do, but also the hearts of the people doing it, means more to me than I can say.

✨ We’re growing our Grace & Grit team! ✨
If you’ve seen our little cleaning company around Middle Tennessee, you may already know a bit about us. I’m Ashlee, owner of Grace & Grit Cleaning Co., and what started as a cleaning business has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, a team of women working together to bring a little more peace into people’s homes. 🤍
And now, we have room for a few more great people.
At Grace & Grit, cleaning is what we do, but it’s not the only thing that matters to me.
I want the women who work here to feel valued. I want you to enjoy the people you work beside. I want our clients to know they can trust the person walking through their front door. And I want us to leave a home knowing we genuinely made someone’s day a little easier.
Because anyone can learn how we clean.
Character, reliability, kindness, and work ethic? Those are the things I can’t teach.
