To my Valued Customers.
Since I refused to compromise on my commitment to quality customer service for my clients. Robert Andrew Salon and I have parted ways. It is necessary to inform you that the managing personnel and I disagree with several policies.
I am sure an email will be published stating that I am no longer employed at the location in Crofton.
It is unfortunate that the poor leadership has forced 8 employees, including managers and support staff, to leave due to lack of support in the last 2 months.
Please know that I am still available to provide you with quality customer service at a more reasonable price!
I have been a licensed cosmetologist in the Anne Arundel County area for 40 years, and I humbly offer my services to any who wishes to continue to receive my individualized care.
In addition to hair, I also provide services for nails, hair extension consultations, Brazilian blow outs, and special occasion hair styling.
Robert Andrew will undoubtedly offer discounts to try to keep your patronage. I would like to point out that I do not need to offer discounts as my prices are much more reasonable.
