RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
I hope you love your purchase from Bash Boutique as much as I do! However, if you don’t love your purchase this is how BashBoutique will take care of you. RETURNS
Returns are for Store Credit ONLY
✔️ To initiate a return, scan the QR code on the Bash card insert or complete the return form here: https://forms.gle/KTBGHEdTfEmPTdK1A Please do not send back a return without
receiving return authorization.
✔️ Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, tags attached, in the same condition it was in when you received it (no scents/odor or stains).
✔️ Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days from the date you receive your shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
✔️ Returns must be mailed in the original outer Bash poly mailer they were shipped with to protect the product from damage. PLEASE do not return items in the clear inner bag; they are not thick enough to protect items during shipping. If you no longer have the original mailer, please send your return in a box.
✔️Store Credit will be given for the price that the merchandise was purchased at.
✔️ Shipping will not be refunded for returned items. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
✔️ Since all items are of limited quantity, exchanges for a different size cannot be accepted at this time; store credit will be given once the item is returned.
✔️ Personal care items (soaps, vitamins, lotions, oils, etc.) are all final sale.
✔️ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ACCESSORIES, CLEARANCE, LAST CHANCE, and PRE-ORDERED ITEMS! DEFECT & DAMAGE POLICY
