🧵💜 Quilting at Kids Ahead! 💜🧵

Our Kids Ahead quilting class has been busy creating, learning, and having fun! We have some wonderful 4th and 5th graders, along with a few of our middle schoolers, participating this year.

A HUGE thank-you to our amazing volunteer quilting teachers who generously share their time, talents, patience, and love of quilting with our kids. They always do such a wonderful job teaching our students new skills and encouraging their creativity! ❤️

Quilting is about so much more than sewing—it’s about learning patience, following a pattern, making something with your own hands, and creating something special that can be enjoyed for years to come.

🧵 The two quilts pictured are from previous years and are wonderful examples of what our Kids Ahead quilters have created!

We can't wait to see what this year's group creates! 🥰🪡💜
