🌊 This summer, I whispered a wish to the ocean

I declared it the “SUMMER Of THE HEART”- a season of growth, healing, expanding my heart for what was, what is, and what is yet to come

I asked the universe for heart-shaped treasures along the shoreline

Near the end of my walk, I looked down and found this Lady Slipper shell, naturally marked with a perfect heart

“Hello,” I said. “There you are.”

This season has held both light and shadow. A recent skin cancer treatment reminded me that life isn’t always pretty, but what is true is this:

The tide turns
Healing comes
The heart expands
