So….. it appears we have another fallow yellow and white baby Parrotlet. The other two are not known yet, but eyes have opened on one.

These Cockatiel babies are well fed by the parents and growing as they should. I will be pulling to hand feed soon!

We have a couple of newbie babies in the Diamond dove aviary. One that has fledged already and one fairly newly hatched.
I will be putting Button quail eggs in the incubator this evening, so anyone interested in babies, please let me know. I don’t plan on keeping any this go around.

Well, I’m relieved!! The tiny baby has a full crop, so parents have accepted it back and are doing their jobs!

I am on pins and needles right now praying the Cockatiel parents feed the baby that had pipped yesterday. When I got home from work, the baby was still in the shell , but half of it was gone and still a lot of blood to absorb. The egg was also off to the side from the others, so I put the egg in the incubator to finish absorbing the blood. This morning, the baby had finished hatching and looked good! I put it back in the nest with hopes the parents would accept it. So far, she is setting on all of the babies and the last egg. I’m watching to see if she is going to feed the baby. If not, I will pull it and hand feed.
On another note, all 3 Parrotlet babies are growing nicely!!

I have this sweet pair of Lovebirds that I really hate to let go . They do have babies from time to time, but they also both love to be on their person. They do a few tricks like spinning. The female says peak a boo. Pm me for more info.
