EAA General Contracting team is seeking General Contractors with specialized craftsman skills needed.
All work rates will be based on trade, performance, craftsmanship, and skill level displayed.
Must have State-issued I.D., transportation, and PayPal REQUIRED for all payments biweekly, at end of the work week.
Job Summary
• Works at construction sites performing tasks such as demolition, laying concrete, installing floors and windows, and building various structures.
General Accountability
• Follows crew leader's instructions and plans in order to complete assigned work activities.
• Measures, marks, or records openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
• Replaces baseboards, trim, and moldings
• Installs fixtures.
• Applies caulking compounds by hand or with caulking gun to seal crevices.
• Replaces doors, doorknobs, deadbolts, and door sweeps.
• Repairs exterior siding, wood rot, and trim.
• Demolishes buildings, saws lumber, patches walls, tile work, and interior and exterior paint work.
• Experience roof tarping is a plus.
• Fencing experience is a plus.

Job Qualifications
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience: A few months to one year of related experience
• Reliable transportation to travel to/from worksites.
• Gloves, masks, and work boots required for all crew.

All candidates must be prepared to handle the heat, lift 45lbs at this time for demo/clean up.
