Kari Breitigam is a multidisciplinary artist, dyer, and jeweler whose current studio work focuses on fiber/textile art and oil painting. She launched an accessories line in 2013, creating limited edition designs which explore the use of fiber, clay, and metal. Her work has been included in various exhibitions and publications including the New American Paintings MFA Annual. Kari grew up in Ohio and currently lives and works in Houston, Texas.

Each fall/winter season I create limited edition pieces from materials I have gathered during the year for custom projects or samples that never made their way into final designs. The first drop of OOAK this season is now available online - necklaces featuring pearls, chalcedony, lapis, serpentine, mother-of-pearl, and glass beads all finished with hand-formed toggle clasps.
