If you are not local I also have a website. Sugababies Designs was born in 2012, after much demand for my letter binder and flip flops at my husband's basic graduation. I have spent my entire life evolved in all things craft. I have spent years finding the best ways to prefect my art. I am proud to offer a variety of designs and styles to fit everyone's needs and budget. Each item is crafted with love from my own two hands

So I've always had my items in on bin and dug around for ages finding stuff. Well I've decided to do the letter and number system. Here it is, I also finally have the space to pull it off. I'm so so excited!! I'll easily be able to find things and keep them stored nicely for faster shipping times. I wish I did this sooner!

My Story

Sugababies Designs started in 2012 after my husband graduated Army basic training. I wore my first ever flip flop design to his graduation. It was his last name in tiny gem stones along the straps. EVERYONE was in love with them and told me about a little site called ETSY. My shop was born. I wore my signature welcome home flip flops to his redeployment ceremony and the bow style was born.

I made the original letter binder for all his letters and pictures from basic training. During his first deployment it was nice to have it to hold and read while they were out on missions. Even with all the technology of today, we still wrote each other so he had something to hold onto as well for those time.

My designs have changed over the years, from tiny gems to ribbon and bows. The process is much shorter but still takes around 3 days in-between dry times. I do not use hot glue in my designs. I use industrial strength glue. I would hate for any part of my flip flop to fall off in the first few wears due to the hot glue not setting. I also recently switched to a flip flop supplier who has 9 flip flops colors in 11 sizes and has them in stock ALL YEAR ROUND. This is perfect for this Texas girl.
