A new month brings new beginnings, fresh goals, more learning and a brand-new field service year! We’re excited for what’s ahead—and especially happy that some of you are taking a little Sunshine along for the journey.

When the kids’ back-to-school bundles arrived, the adults said, “Ummm…what about us?”

Oh, we didn’t forget about you! We just had to get those babies situated first.

Sunshine and I put it together for a very special teacher in our lives.

She may not carry the title, but she teaches every day.

When you homeschool, you wear many hats. And sometimes, without a degree attached, the recognition just isn’t the same. But we see it—the love, the sacrifice, the planning, the care poured in day after day.

So many teachers feel unseen, unappreciated, and overlooked. But when it comes from the heart, it shows. You give, not for applause, but because it’s who you are.

When she received her gift, her response said it all:
“Now y’all know how to give a gift!” 🥹

And that’s what Riyona’s Sunshine Gift Shop is about—
those meaningful moments… when someone is truly seen, sometimes before they even realize they deserve it.
