Your life can change drastically in one instant. Make sure to keep what is important to you, close to heart and protect it!!! Be careful to whom you allow in your home. People may come and go, but energy will stay. People will steal from you. I can’t even count the number of times I have let a homeless person sleep on my couch and then steal from my home. It really sucks. I have become paranoid when it comes to theft. It has gotten so bad, I think people are stealing from me, even when they are not. I have haunted memories from situations in the past. I now have to give it to god or I will go ap***it on someone. It’s terrible. I am a firm believer in the karmic justice system.
Your friends can also change quickly. It never ceases to amaze me how fast you can lose something you have worked so hard for. It takes time to build trust, but you can loose it in a flash. Cherish everything you have worked hard for, especially your friendships. I am gay. I was born this way and cannot change it. It’s in our culture to build a chosen family. Your friends do become family. So friendship is very important to me right now. Family is imprtant as well, but often disappointing.
I have been fortunate to meet a lot of new friends recently and would like to continue meeting new people. Hopefully these friendships will be meaningful and long lasting, but realistically, we will probably loose touch after a certain period of time. I don’t know a lot of people I would consider friends. It’s a breath of fresh air when you meet someone that is passionate and caring about you. Make sure you take the time to maintain your relationships if they mean something to you. We don’t call anymore to check in on others. I feel like people only contact you when they need something. I guess that’s why we don’t pick up the phone anymore. I will call 20 people, just to talk….2, maybe 3 will pick up. It’s disappointing. Pick up the phone and start checking up on those you care about!!!
