Seasonal clothing swaps do not have to take all day! A simple size-first system can make fall mornings easier for everyone at home. 🍂
Try this:
✅ Sort by size. Separate clothes that fit now from pieces that are too small or still too big.
✅ Store outgrown pieces. Place them in a labeled bin by size so they are easy to donate, pass along, or save for a younger child.
✅ Keep current sizes within reach. Put everyday fall clothes where they are easy to see and grab without digging through the entire closet.
✅ Create a “next size” spot. This keeps growing-room pieces organized without crowding the daily wardrobe.
✅ Add a Bye-Bye Box up on the top shelf. Keep a small donation box out of reach, so outgrown clothes leave the house instead of getting dug back out. It is the exit strategy that keeps the swap from coming undone.
