Raw Creations started as a hobby/interest until people became extremely interested in the handmade jewelry that family and friends were wearing. Nature, photography, animals, fashion, etc. We run sales and promotions throughout the year, so do keep an eye out for those dates! Since we make our items by hand, we are able to offer customization on all of our designs. Every piece is 100% customizable
; this means you are able to choose your own stones/crystals, charms, metal, and size. Some of our metals are silver plated -- please be aware for allergy related purposes. We can provide .925 sterling silver and 14k items at request (chain, posts, charms, etc.); as well as surgical steel. Bangles are rodium plated (same as Alex and Ani)...they are the only item not capable of being made in pure sterling or gold (they can be made in sterling or gold plated). Please handle and treat jewelry with care, as it can be fragile.
***Shipping Information***
All orders are processed in the order they arrive. We strive for a quick turnaround time, but we also want to meet our customer's expectations so as to not disappoint. The time we need to prepare orders will vary. Items chosen from current inventory can typically be shipped within 48 hours. If you are choosing a customized piece and it needs to be made, depending on the intricacy of the item, it can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days for your product to be produced and shipped. If you are local we can arrange for you to pick your item(s) up; we will discuss a scheduled pick up date and time upon ordering. If you require shipping, we utilize USPS Priority Mail (if you need expedited shipping, please specify this at the time of the order so we are able to quote an appropriate shipping amount). Also note, expedited shipping only guarantees faster delivery after the item is made. Your shipping fees will be calculated at the time of order based on quantity, weight, and size, we will calculate what the best shipping method is at that time. Once your item(s) have shipped, a notification with tracking will be sent to you via email. In the mean time, if you would like to check on the progress of an order, do not hesitate to contact us via email at [email protected]. Typical shipping time is anywhere from 1-5 business days within the contiguous United States; and 3-7 to Alaska and Hawaii.

We understand that protecting your privacy is important, that is why it is our highest priority when you order from our company. When you purchase from us online, we do have to collect some basic information from you to ship your item: name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. You provide this information to us so we can process and ship your order in a timely manner. We will not sell your information to anyone! We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to purchase your items and understand that you will immediately receive a purchase of receipt from Square, Inc. through our business account once your purchase is complete. card processing system adheres to the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). You can rest assure that your data is encrypted using industry security standards. If you do not feel safe purchasing from the Internet, please let us know and we can arrange to have you complete your order via telephone.
***Returns – Exchanges***
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have problems with your order. For all returns/exchanges you must contact us within writing via email at [email protected] within 5 business days from date you receive your item. The item(s) must then be returned to us (postmarked) within 10 business days of the date you receive the item. In the case you just do not like the item (i.e. no refund or exchange is available. Please note we also cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customized or personalized items or earrings due to sanitary reasons. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and we are unable to refund the original shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We are not responsible for the postal system for stolen, damaged, or "lost in the mail" goods during shipping.

Exchanges and returns are processed the same; items must be exchanged for a same value item or higher (any difference in the purchase amount will be charged accordingly). If the item exchanged is more expensive we will need to charge your card for the difference over the phone, as we do not store credit card numbers. Once we receive your item, any difference will be charged and the new item will be made if it is not in stock; we will ship the new item as soon as possible.
