🏡 Inspection day with my Hillsboro clients — on a brand-new home!

So what did we find today?

A plumbing leak in one of the bathrooms AND an issue with the primary shower that meant the water was… significantly less than hot. 😬

Can you imagine moving into your beautiful new home, taking that first shower, and realizing you can’t actually get it hot?!

Thankfully, we caught both issues before closing (and a few other items), when the builder can address them BEFORE my client moves in.

New construction doesn’t mean perfect construction. There are a lot of people and trades involved in building a home, and things can get missed.

That’s why I still recommend an independent home inspection for my new-construction buyers. Sometimes the issues are small. But they could be big. And either way, we want to catch them before getting the keys.

Being bi-vocational means splitting my days between my Realtor life and my Hebrew Bible life. Today was filled with workshops / classes for both! 2 hours focused on my business with an amazing cohort this morning, then joining the last 5 hours of the Hebrew workshop.

My heart and head are full!
