Whether you're building a business, leading retreats, or creating something that makes a difference in the world, the journey is rarely something you figure out all at once.

Keep showing up for the vision that matters to you. Stay open to new possibilities, trust the process, and remember that you don't have to do everything on your own.

You don’t need to wait for a free weekend or the perfect moment to make room for creativity.

Paint something. Rearrange your space. Grow a plant. Try a new recipe. Write down that idea you’ve been thinking about. Make something with your hands just because it feels good.

Creativity doesn’t have to be another task on your to-do list. It can be a way to slow down, explore, express yourself, and bring a little more joy into your day.

You don’t need to be an artist to live creatively. You just need to give yourself permission to try.

Not just to network or talk about what we do, but to share the real stuff. The lessons we've learned, the challenges we're working through, the ideas we're excited about, and even the things we're still figuring out.

We all come to the table with different experiences. And sometimes, hearing how another woman approaches something can help us see our own path a little differently.

I think there's something special about being in a space where you can be curious, ask questions, share what you know, and leave with a new perspective.

It's one of the things that continues to inspire my work with women's retreats and the Sell Out Retreat Summit. I love creating opportunities for people to come together, learn from one another, and take something meaningful back into their lives and work.

In September 2027, we're bringing the summit back to San Diego, where it all began.

For now, I'm reflecting on how much we can learn when we take the time to connect with people who see the world differently from us.

Because we don't have to have all the answers to bring something valuable to the table. Sometimes, being willing to listen and share what we've learned is enough to start something meaningful.

What makes a gathering like Sell Out Retreat Summit meaningful?

For me, it's not just about being in a beautiful destination or meeting people who do similar work.

It's about the conversations that challenge the way we think, the knowledge we're able to exchange, and the ideas that begin to take shape when people with different experiences come together.

Creating a retreat takes thought, care and intention. From designing the experience to understanding the people we're serving, there's always something new to learn and a different perspective worth considering.

Gatherings like this create space to explore ideas, share experiences, talk honestly about the challenges and discover new approaches we can bring into our own work.

The quality of the experiences we create depends on our willingness to keep learning, growing and refining our craft.

I'm grateful for the conversations, perspectives and connections that made Sell Out Retreat Summit in Tepoztlán, Mexico, a meaningful experience.

And we're doing it again! ❤️

In September 10-12 2027, we'll be bringing the retreat community together once more, this time in San Diego, California.
