NEW
CUSTOMERS **Your 1st order will be invoice and due within 24 hours once it gets sent. Example: you claim on live video on Monday then I will send invoice on Tuesday and it’s due no later then Wedenesday. After your first payment is received you will go on weekly invoices that are sent every FRIDAY and due no later then Saturday before 8pm est,
REGULAR CUSTOMERS **Weekly invoices will be sent on Fridays & due Promptly BUT no later then SATURDAY 8pm est. NO EXCEPTIONS!
1. New releases wall post are HOT/NEW pieces that we order daily! comment "sold" to claim them and once they arrive they will be put into your bin once they arrive. First come first served on all items!
**NOTE: We have NO control when this jewelry arrives to us. These are HOT pieces and will be pulled in the order of the comments. It may take over a week until these pieces arrive and you get invoiced for them on the Friday when they arrive.
2. All of other albums are pieces that we have in stock. We will pull those every few days and invoiced on Fridays!
3. Comment SOLD on the pictures of the pieces you want to claim. If you want multiples of something, PLEASE be specific (example x2 or x3) Clicking LIKE does not mean you claimed a piece.
4. Your pieces will be combined with other pieces that you may have claimed (lives/albums) from that same invoice cycle. Our invoice cycle is Friday through Thursday. Your invoices will be sent to your email address on Friday.
5. You have 2 days from receiving your order to return an item should it be damaged via mail delivery. *Please note, you will be responsible for shipping If I have a replacement, I will send you one, Or I can refund you the $5 for the piece.
6. We ship on Saturday & Monday with the exception of new customers your tracking number will come automatically to your email address.**Please note, we ship to the address you have INPUT so please make sure your address is CORRECT and I CAN NOT change your address for you.
***Please note: Invoices that are not paid in a timely manner will be cancelled. Unfortunately, this will result in you being blocked/ banned from shopping with me. Thank you for understanding! PRIZES (no purchase necessary) if you don't have anything claimed for the week it will be $5 for shipping.
7. We will not send photos of items you have claimed. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to keep track of what items you’ve claimed THROUGH OUT THE WEEK. PLEASE SHOP RESPONSIBLY!!
8. If you did not receive your items after 7-10 business days, you should contact us immediately so we can check the status of your order. If after 10 business days have passed, and you’ve not received your package and have not reached out, it is your responsibility to contact your local postal service.
