Happy Friday! How the Galaxy necklaces came about…

When you go to Kpop concerts, there’s a thing where people share with others a thing called “freebies.” They can be handmade items, stickers, photocards, etc. The little stars, in the necklaces, were part of the freebies I made for the BTS concerts I attended in August of this year.

I had all these cute little stars left and had the idea to use them in this way. The setting above was perfect because it has depth to it. Galaxy Necklaces created! 🌌 They will be available Chicago Artisan Market this Sunday!

Friday’s Gemstone! Beautiful microfaceted heishi Sodalite! As soon as I saw the beautiful sparkle and cut of the gems, I had to have them.

Sodalite has a distinctive blue color as well as white, gray and orange markings. It’s often mistaken for Lapis Lazuli. However, they are two different stones. Sodalite is a single mineral. Lapis is composed of Sodalite, Pyrite and Calcite.

Remaining schedule for 2026 ✨ I can’t believe I’m wrapping up the year. I feel it’s gone so fast. I also must admit this schedule is pretty full considering I’m the small business and run every aspect of this operation! I can do it! 💪🏼

Headed to PT this morning. Twice a week appointments. That is added to a full schedule as well. Need to strengthen muscles to reduce pain that runs through my left leg. It’s definitely Wellness Wednesday for me. I hope today you’ll spend Wellness time for yourself. It’s not always easy! 🍏💜 Nancy
