Starting this business as I approached 50, my desire was to create something meaningful that could have some impact on someone else, no matter how small. A tool in your toolbox of self care. In a world that seems to be in the midst of a major shift with lots of instability, focusing on messages of light and positivity helps me navigate this wild ride.

It’s been 3.5 years since I’ve been home. The place I left is not the place I returned to.
So much has happened, so much pain and grief.
You feel it in the air.
And with that said, the human spirit is so strong.
It was so good to hug and spend time with all the people I love so much, that are such a huge part of who I am. Till we meet again.

Kabbalah teaches that these specific letters act like a tuning fork to the vibration of Healing. Meditating, scanning and looking at these letters, amplifies this energy.
