Once again the good people at FedEx offer zero customer support, they don’t get back to you when they are meant to and they don’t listen to a customer when the customer is trying to correct their mistake- AVOID FedEx people!!

Even with video footage evidence, they still won't do anything about it.

Don't use FedEx to ship your items. We won't be using them anymore.

Package was delivered in the wrong address 6 days ago, called them 10 minutes after notification of delivery to let them know, as I did not recognize the location of the picture , placed a claim, they could care less, and the lousy customer service have not contacted me back.

Don't ship FedEx.
