Bottleblond Jewels are handmade in the USA and contain hard to find, limited quantity vintage components from all over the world. Some of the pieces, especially many of our hairclips, contain original celluloid cabochons made in Japan in the 1940's, while many of our necklaces and bracelets have charms that were produced in the 60's, 70's and 80's that were never used and put away in storage (dead
stock items). All our pieces are designed to be reminiscent of the jewelry we remember fondly from our childhood, like something that might be rediscovered in an jewelry box, a trinket long lost but never forgotten. Through our careful hunting, sorting, and research of these extinct items, we strive to make each of Bottleblond's handcrafted pieces into fun, creative expressions.
