Today marks the last New Moon of 2016. This New Moon takes place in Capricorn which focuses on energies surrounding security, responsibility, and personal power. Mercury is also in retrograde asking, or sometimes forcing you to slow down and be present. Use this New Moon to review and take stock of the past year. Reflect on how far you have come, be kind to yourself. Capricorn wants you to take responsibility for your actions, claim your personal power and harmonize with your true nature. Practice self care and tap into your inner needs. Resolve issues that have arisen in the past year and use the energy of Capricorn to set a plan, move forward free of past hurts so you are ready and empowered to effectively take on your future. This time of year brings up a lot of feelings and we have the choice to use these experiences to help us move forward to be the best versions of ourselves
