We proudly partnered with our client Kenya Barris to consult and orchestrate with the Netflix team and Benarroch Productions to create the unforgettable red-carpet premiere of “You People” in Los Angeles, CA. From creative ideation to flawless ex*****on we pulled of an experience that reflected the theme of the movie and the true essence of LA. From custom graffiti art of the Lauren London (one of the main stars of the show) to large life size floral sneakers featured in the movie on our red carpet and in the event space, and custom key art, no detail was left not thought of. And our red carpet was A List Star Studded can we say Eddie Murphy (Check out our stories for red carpet BTS) This was definitely one of our favorite events we were apart of planning. The 2024 Essence Hollywood House “Scripting Reel Change” Activation was curated with character that was absolutely necessary. We partnered with to create a space for established and up and coming creatives who are looking to script reel change in hollywood.

Our goal was to create a space that engaged guests and created a fun and interactive learning environment.

Just a few of the custom designs we fabricated and activations we produced were:
A 40ft custom red carpet
A custom built stage design

Multiple interactive activations which included
Speed Mentoring Sessions
Essence and Coke Zero Office Hours

“When you are the best you only want to surround yourself with the best”

For the 8th year in a row, TBE entrusted the best to plan his 47th week-long birthday celebration in Miami, FL. The week consisted of private dinners, jet skis, yachts, karaoke and a private, invite only birthday party at Kiki on The River.

Our company had less than 36 hours to plan the jammed packed birthday week. But when you work for the best, you deliver the best, period, no exceptions! Especially when it’s to celebrate the Legend’s birthday.

“La-Di-Da-Di We like to Party….” Slick Rick

And party we did! We brought our guests back to the 90’s as part two of Deon’s Surprise 90’s themed birthday party with a custom airbrush station, a replica of Deon’s Den, a custom built candy shop with all of Deon’s favorite 90’s candies, an ice cream sundae bar and custom drink menu by Lobos Tequila

The night ended with a surprise performance and let’s just say a time was had.
