It is said that the Seraphim existed before the stars were even named. Ancient celestial beings spoken of in the Bible as the great protectors of the spirit world.
I often think about the vastness of the angelic realm. If Seraphim are only one order within the angelic hierarchy, imagine how many unseen beings walk beside us, guiding, protecting, and watching over humanity.
The Seraphim are described as magnificent six-winged angels, wings covered in eyes. The word “Seraph” means to burn. I imagine them surrounded in holy fire, purifying, burning all that is not in alignment with the Divine. A reminder that sometimes destruction is sacred too, clearing the path for truth, light, and grace to remain.
