Happy HOCR Weekend to all who celebrate! It’s the largest 3 day regatta in the world.

Here I am in my sit-on-the-ground era in the late 1900s. And yes, I made the sweater and yes, I still have it.

Our Oars and the racing shell oars serve different purposes but they celebrate two New England rowing traditions, and one shared love of the water.

Wishing all the rowers a fantastic weekend on the Charles!

We’re set up here in the garden in the Jeremiah Lee mansion at Marblehead till 3 PM! What a spectacular day for the DiscoverMHD Fall Fair!

A note about my ☠️sweater, since a lot of you have asked. It’s from Long Wharf Supply and is made from a blend of recycled oyster shells, recycled plastic bottles and cotton yarn. We thought it paired well with our Ketcham Oyster Shell earrings.

Adventures on Nantucket with New England Coastal Creative!

The always fabulous Kim Thomas, hosted a fantastic group for her signature needlepoint retreat, “Threads”, at The Nantucket Inn (shout out to Lauren & Vaios!).

We stitched, we created, we shopped, we ate, we drank, and there may or may not have been a pole dancing party van…..

Pro tip - if a professional needlepoint artist offers to paint your canvas when she sees you crying, say yes!

Thanks for the good time, ladies (and Davis & Nico).

What is the Seaside Social Club up to?

Taking our boat to our new local needlepoint store - New England Needlepoint (Marissa Dittrich)! Gabi (Gabrielle- Monogramming and Embroidery) Kristal (Kristal Ham ✈️ Travel Blogger) and I hopped onboard for a quick trip!

Marissa opened this little jewel-box of a store in our little jewel-box of a town. Thanks to the resurgence in the quintessential coastal grandmother. hobby, needlepoint is having a moment and we’re here for it!
